添付したのは今年の年賀状です。
I attached New Year's cards of this year.
今年は、日英両方の版を作成してみました。
I tried to create both versions of Japanese and English.
英語版には全く自信がないので、ご指導ください。もちろん、日本語版もですけれど。
I do not have confidence in the English version at all, so please tell me. Of course,the Japanese version is also the same as the English version.
今年は平成から別の元号になる年です。自然に時代の変化を感じることでしょう。
This year will be another era from Heisei. We surely feel the change of the times naturally.
思えば、昭和は戦争とそこからの回復ならびに高度成長の時代でした。
In my opinion, Showa was a period of war and recovery from there, and era of high growth.
平成は概ね平和な時代でしたが、バブル経済後の長い低迷期が続きました。
Heisei was a generally peaceful era, but the long downturn continued after the collapse of the bubble economy.
戦後の平和が脅かされる中、天皇陛下の国民象徴としてのお姿が強く印象に残りました。
As the peace after the war was threatened, the figure as a national symbol of the Emperor remained strongly impressed.
平成が終わり、少子高齢化・高度情報化・国際化の中で、どのような日本になるのでしょうか。その中で、私たちに何ができるのでしょうか。
At the end of Heisei, what will Japan like to be, with a declining birthrate, aging society, advanced information technology and internationalization? Among them, what can we do for us and for Japan?
私の理念的な抱負は添付した年賀状のとおりですが、具体的な「新年の誓い」としては
My ideal New Year's resolutions was written in the attached New Year's Card, but as a concrete "New Year's Resolution" is below three projects,
１ 英語をもう少し勉強して、日英両言語での発信力を高める。
１ I study English a little more and improve my expression skills in both Japanese and English languages.
２ 社会教育・生涯学習に身近なところから取り組む。
２ I will carry out social education and lifelong learning at familiar places.
３ 事業として、教育デザイン研究所を経営する。
３ We operate our Educational Design Research Institute as a business.
ということになります。
